The Role
You will join the team on a £25m residential development, reporting directly to the Senior Site Manager. Your primary responsibility will be managing a defined section of the project, specifically:
- Overseeing the internal fit‑out of 20 apartments, from shell & core through to final handover
- Managing all associated internal trade packages
- Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards
- Driving programme progress and maintaining strong subcontractor performance
- Leading on Quality Assurance, site coordination, and day‑to‑day problem solving
