Our client is a well‑established contractor with a strong reputation across the partnership housing, Build to Rent, mixed‑use development, and residential regeneration sectors. Operating from a thriving regional office with a turnover exceeding £100m, they deliver high‑quality schemes across both Cardiff and Bristol.

The Role

You will join the team on a £25m residential development, reporting directly to the Senior Site Manager. Your primary responsibility will be managing a defined section of the project, specifically:

  • Overseeing the internal fit‑out of 20 apartments, from shell & core through to final handover
  • Managing all associated internal trade packages
  • Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards
  • Driving programme progress and maintaining strong subcontractor performance
  • Leading on Quality Assurance, site coordination, and day‑to‑day problem solving
