- Assist with cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management for the project.
- Work collaboratively with the Quantity Surveyor to ensure the accurate preparation of valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.

- Support the procurement process, including preparing tender documentation and assessing bids.
- Measure and value work completed on-site to inform interim payment applications and variations.
