About The Role
- Expediting purchase order delivery dates with vendors and inbound logistics partners to ensure dates are maintained accurately on SAP.
- Monitoring vendor delivery issues and escalating them to key stakeholders.
- Ensuring levels of stranded stock are minimised.
- Working closely with vendors to resolve blocked invoices and goods inwards non-conformances.
- Collaborating with finance to ensure vendor invoices are received and processed efficiently.
- Working with Customer Service for end-to-end visibility of customers’ orders.
- Providing insights on vendor performance to Supply Chain and Category teams.
- Identifying process improvements to reduce manual work.
- Starting salary between £24,570 and £28,000 plus bonus.
- 32 days holiday (pro rata) including bank holidays, with options to purchase more.
