Based at our Head Office in Hull, the Digital Marketing Executive will support the planning, execution, and performance of Arco’s digital marketing initiatives. This is a hands‑on role reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, ideal for someone looking to grow within a fast‑paced and purpose‑led business. The role is a full‑time, permanent position with a hybrid working pattern, splitting your time between home and office working.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO and affiliates
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics using GA4 and other analytics tools to inform ongoing strategy
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align digital activities with business goals
- Working with data in Excel to create performance reports and uncover actionable insights
- Supporting budget tracking, campaign scheduling, and internal communications
- Staying informed on digital marketing trends and competitor activity to contribute fresh ideas to the team
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role
- Good understanding of paid search (PPC) and SEM principles
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Competent in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently
Preferred but not essential experience:
- Hands‑on experience managing and executing PPC campaigns
- Understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) best practices
- Experience with paid social advertising (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms or programmes
