Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and process sales orders via phone, email, and in person.
- Manage a sales ledger, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Offer expert advice on timber and building materials to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Proactively reach out to new and existing customers during quieter periods to generate new business opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
