Our client is a successful supplier of bathrooms, selling to a mixture of trade and retail customers. The role is situated in Cornwall and involves selling a mixture of medium to higher-end products. The consultant will offer a full design and sales service to the customer base.
Responsibilities for the role include:
- Manage customer enquiries from start to finish.
- Meet customers either in the showroom, on site, or in their homes.
- Design and coordinate bathroom sales projects.
- Provide expert advice and offer solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on them as required.
- Be a driving force in the sales process, upselling and cross-basket selling where possible.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Hours of the position:
7:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday and alternative Saturday mornings 8am-12pm.

- Basic salary of up to c£34k (depending on experience)
