Our client is a leading Gas Engineering company. An exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager has arisen within their organisation. The Gas-Qualified Contract Manager is responsible for the commercial and operational management of domestic maintenance contracts for the business. The role will ensure that all gas servicing, maintenance, and repairs are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.

The Contract Manager will oversee the work delivered by the company's engineers and subcontractors, manage client relationships, monitor contract performance, and ensure compliance, health and safety, and service standards are delivered. The role is Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and is a full-time and permanent position.

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Current domestic gas qualifications with registration on the Gas Safe Register.
  • Strong technical knowledge of domestic gas systems and maintenance practices.
  • Experience managing long-term service or maintenance contracts within gas, facilities management, or property maintenance sectors.
  • Proven experience managing engineers, subcontractors, and service teams.
  • Strong understanding of gas safety regulations and compliance requirements within the UK.
  • Excellent organisational, financial management, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
  • Health and safety qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
