Our client is one of the UK’s leading independent builders’ merchants, providing top-quality service to local builders, contractors, and developers. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting a Branch Manager to lead a brand-new branch from the ground up!
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a new location, drive business growth, and build a high-performing team. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, P&L management, and establishing the branch’s presence in the local market.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams within a builders’ merchant or similar trade environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing a multi-million-pound P&L.
