Our client is a well-respected timber & builders merchant. Due to their continued success and expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity as we are recruiting a Trade Counter Sales person to join their team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the branch
  • Service customers over the trade counter and over the telephone
  • Provide good customer service and good advice on products for their customers
  • Make proactive sales calls to new and existing customers
  • Helping out in the yard when needed and operate a forklift truck for unloading and loading vehicles

The ideal candidate would need to have a good knowledge of building materials and have a good understanding of the construction supplies industry.
