Our client is a well-respected roofers merchant. Due to their continued success and expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity as we are recruiting a Trade Counter Sales person to join their team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the branch
- Service customers over the trade counter and over the telephone
- Provide good customer service and good advice on products for their customers
- Make proactive sales calls to new and existing customers
The ideal candidate would need to have a good knowledge of roofing materials and have a good understanding of the local roofing market place and its competitors.
