Our client is a leading provider of lightside building materials to a mixture of trade and retail customers. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Supervisor to join a busy branch in the Surbiton area. The branch has 17 staff and this is effectively the Assistant Branch Manager position, so experience at Assistant Manager level is preferred for this candidate. However, if you have supervised large staff levels in a retail or trade sales environment, then you will also be considered. The company is very well regarded in their sector and has a reputation for staff retention and wellbeing.

This is a 40 hour working week in a full-time permanent role. You will work 5 days across Monday-Saturday with Saturday on rota and a day off during the week when worked. Due to the nature of the role, experience managing staff within a retail or trade sales background is essential to be considered.

Requirements:
  • Experience at Assistant Manager level is preferred.
  • Supervised large staff levels in a retail or trade sales environment.
