Our client is a highly respected, independent family-owned Builders Merchant with a strong reputation across the North West. Due to continued growth and future plans, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Sales Director to help drive the next stage of the business forward. This is a senior leadership position overseeing multi-site branches, with a strong focus on generating sales growth, improving margins, maximising opportunities, and motivating sales teams to perform at the highest level. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing sales strategy, strengthening customer relationships, improving branch performance, and driving a proactive sales culture throughout the business.
