Our client is a well-respected roofing merchant providing a mixture of flat and pitched roofing materials to both trade and retail customers. An exciting opportunity has arisen in a small but busy branch in the North West London area. Our client is looking for a Trade Counter Assistant who is also able to help out in the yard when needed.

The role will vary with primary duties of selling face to face on the trade counter. However, this is a hands-on branch and so there will be a need to help out in the yard when not serving on the trade counter. Additionally, you may need to answer reactive telephone sales calls when the branch is busy.

Due to the nature of the business, our clients are looking to speak with candidates who are experienced on a trade counter selling building materials to trade and retail customers. This could be from a Roofers Merchant, but also Builders Merchant, Drainage Merchant, Plumbers Merchant candidates will also be considered for the role.
