Internal Sales Position – Timber & Builders Merchant Our client, a highly respected and well-established timber and builders merchant, is known for its excellent reputation in the construction supplies industry. Due to their continued growth and success, we are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Salesperson to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service and process sales orders via phone, email, and in person. * Manage a sales ledger, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. * Offer expert advice on timber and building materials to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. * Proactively reach out to new and existing customers during quieter periods to generate new business opportunities.
