Our client, a well-established and respected independent builders' merchant, is looking to recruit a Branch Manager Designate to join their management team.
This is a genuine development role where you'll work alongside an experienced Branch Manager, learning every aspect of running a successful branch.
You'll receive hands-on training, attend management courses and be given the support needed to progress into your own Branch Manager position.
The Opportunity
This is far more than an Assistant Branch Manager role.
You'll be employed on a Branch Manager package, including a company car or car allowance, while developing the skills and experience required to take full responsibility for your own branch.
You'll gain exposure to every aspect of the business, including
- Leading and motivating branch and yard teams.
- Developing customer relationships and delivering outstanding service.
- Driving sales growth and profitability.
- Managing day-to-day branch operations.
- Stock control and health & safety.
- Supporting recruitment, training and staff development.

Package
