About the Role: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager. This role is ideal for a sales-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, driving growth, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maximising existing customer relationships. Implement and execute sales plans to achieve targets. Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations to ensure profitability and efficiency. Motivate, develop, and manage a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and sales performance. Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability of key products while minimising excess inventory. Foster strong relationships with trade customers, suppliers and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. About You: Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Leadership role within a builder’s merchant. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of the building trade, materials and industry trends is highly desirable.
