The Role
As a Bathroom & Kitchen Showroom Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and helping them turn their ideas into reality.
You'll manage the entire sales journey, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the showroom and provide expert advice on kitchen & bathroom products and design solutions.
- Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to order completion.
- Visit customers on-site or in their homes when required to discuss project requirements.
- Design and coordinate kitchen & bathroom projects tailored to individual needs and budgets.
- Prepare accurate quotations and proactively follow up to secure sales.
- Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and recommending complementary products.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain an organised, attractive showroom and keep product knowledge up to date.
About You
We're looking for someone who has
- Previous experience within the kitchen or bathroom industry (essential).
- A proven background in showroom or retail sales.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A good understanding of health and safety practices.
- Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm and every other Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
