About The Role

As a Training Instructor at Arco Professional Safety Services, you will lead client support services and instructional training on safe working at height and confined space.

You will be the linchpin of a team dedicated to equipping professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to navigate working at height and confined spaces safely and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and support a wide range of client support services, both accredited and non‑accredited.
  • Help to generate new clients and promote the range of services available through Arco Professional Safety Services.
  • Develop and deliver bespoke client courses.
  • Maintain training equipment and storage areas.
  • Assist with practical demonstrations and equipment sales events.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Good verbal communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently unsupervised.
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of presentation packages.
  • Willingness to travel (when needed) to client sites and occasional out of hours/weekend work (pre‑agreed).
  • Holding at least one of the following: Confined Space Training (City & Guilds); Health & Safety – Tech IOSH or above; Work at Height – IRATA Level 1 (minimum).
