About The Role
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Interacting with customers in-store and on the phone to promote our products and services
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable store environment
- Processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries using our IT software
- Covering delivery driver absences when needed
- £12.60 per hour plus up to 10% annual bonus
- 32 days holiday (pro rata) including bank holidays, with options to purchase extra days
- Two paid Community Volunteering days annually (pro rata for part-time)

- Experience in face-to-face customer service, preferably in retail
- Understanding of delivering excellent customer experiences
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new software
- Full UK driving license
