Retail Sales Advisor

About The Role

1. Delivering outstanding customer service
2. Interacting with customers in-store and on the phone to promote our products and services
3. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable store environment
4. Processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries using our IT software
5. Covering delivery driver absences when needed

• £12.60 per hour plus up to 10% annual bonus
• 32 days holiday (pro rata) including bank holidays, with options to purchase extra days

• Experience in face-to-face customer service, preferably in retail
• Understanding of delivering excellent customer experiences
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new software
• Full UK driving license
