As our Onsite Stock Coordinator, you will work from our retail store in Carlisle and visit customer sites to ensure our Arco vending machines are fully stocked at all times. This role requires someone with high attention to detail, comfortable working autonomously, and able to adhere to a schedule.
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, from 08:00 am to 17:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acquiring relevant stock items for customer vending machines from Arco safety stores.
- Stocking Arco vending machines on customer sites as required.
- Liaising directly with customers and account managers to ensure high service levels.
- Managing time efficiently to visit customer sites at scheduled dates and times.
- Providing web support for self-managed customers.
- Liaising with the central team to ensure stock counts are accurate and updating them on relevant customer information.
- Maintaining professional housekeeping standards of all inventory and locations within a customer site and working in the trade counter as required during colleagues' absences or holidays.
- Complying with vehicle servicing requirements and maintaining the appearance of the company vehicle.
- Completing weekly control forms for logging with the central team.
