Overview
As our Onsite Stock Coordinator, you will work at a key client site in Barrow to ensure our Arco vending machines are fully stocked at all times. This will require someone who has a high attention to detail, is comfortable working autonomously, and can work to a schedule. This is a manual role, and experience within a role involving large amounts of manual handling, preferably within a warehousing environment, would be advantageous. Any offer of employment will be subject to a site security test. This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30 and Friday 08:00-17:00.
- Acquire relevant stock items for customer stores
- Drive a company van on the customer\\\’s site to ensure stores are fully stocked
- Liaise directly with customers and account managers to ensure a high level of service
- Efficiently managing time to ensure customers sites are visited at agreed dates and times
- Provide web support for self-managed customers
- Liaise with the central team to ensure stocks are counted and accurate data maintained, and update them on relevant customer information
- Maintain professional housekeeping standards of all inventory and locations within a customer site and work in the trade counter as required in times of absence/holidays of colleagues
- Comply with vehicle servicing requirements and maintain the appearance of the company vehicle
- Complete weekly control forms to be returned to the central team for logging

About you
- A full UK driving licence
- No history that may affect their security clearance
- Experience within stock management would be greatly advantageous
- Strong communication and customer service skills to liaise with customers and management
- Excellent IT skills/ knowledge with the ability to adapt to new systems
- The ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manage your own daily/weekly workload
- Experience of manual handling in a warehousing environment or similar
