About The Role Are you a strategic thinker, with a passion for driving growth and winning new business? Do you thrive on generating and transforming leads into profitable opportunities, and building lasting customer relationships? At Arco, the UK’s leading integrated health and safety experts, we are looking for a dynamic New Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role you will spearhead new business acquisition strategy, targeting and converting key prospects through a combination of self-generated and qualified leads. The role is entirely remote/field based and will solely focus on new business wins, covering the entire UK, with a focus on the West of England, with an uncapped commission structure. Key responsibilities include: To actively hunt, contribute and deliver against the new business strategy based on relevant insight, market trends and research. Propose profitable new business commercial opportunities aligned to growth plans. Manage key internal relationships in order to drive optimum sales pipeline processes. Promote strong relationships with BDM’s to create effective joint win strategies. Be strategic in their approach to customer acquisition, to promote the Arco brand and proposition at all levels within our customers business. Orchestrate relevant internal and external resources to deliver new business. Develop, and drive a tailored value proposition for target customers. Drive your personal development plan in order to better understand the customer H&S requirement. Driven to quickly win profitable new business. Great negotiation & conversion skills, comfortable in dealing with different types of customer stakeholders. A detailed knowledge of market and competition Ability to analyse sales and P&L data to inform sales strategy, utilising all available reporting tools.
