Arco: Experts In Safety is hiring a Warehouse Team Manager for our National Distribution Centre.

You will lead a ~30 person team and deputise for the Operations Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring safe, efficient and accurate performance.

The role runs a rotating shift pattern 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday, with no weekend or bank holiday work.

You will coach leaders, manage resource plans, and drive continuous improvement.
