You will coach around 30 colleagues and deputise for the Operations Manager for up to 120 staff, overseeing performance and engagement.
The role involves managing rotas (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, Mon-Fri), driving improvements, and maintaining a high standard of health and safety across the site.
Excellent leadership and communication are essential.
