- Building strong relationships with end users, procurement teams, health & safety professionals, and operational stakeholders.
- Supporting customer trials, product evaluations, and standardisation initiatives.
- Selling into a variety of sectors, and adapting sales approach to suit different risk profiles, working environments, and customer needs.
- Maintaining strong awareness of EN ISO standards for specific category of products if relevant.
- Providing guidance to customers and internal teams on product selection, performance ratings, and correct usage.
- Demonstrating awareness of product category standards to support credible product conversations and translating technical information into clear commercial and safety benefits.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for your products within the sales organisation and leading internal upskilling activities.
- Tracking developments in the UK product market, including competitor activity, innovation, and pricing dynamics, and providing insight and feedback to commercial, category, and marketing teams to support range development and go to market strategy.
