You will lead a small team, drive performance, and take responsibility for sickness, absence, holidays and workload, operating on a rotating shift pattern from 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday.
You will ensure safety, train staff and contribute to continuous improvement. You will manage adherence to SOPs, use SAP/WMS, and coordinate performance reviews, ensuring efficient dispatch
