To support our ongoing growth, we’re expanding our new business team and are recruiting for a newly created Prospect Qualification Specialist role within the Strategic New Business Team. This is a development or next-step opportunity for someone already working in sales, lead generation or a commercial role who wants to progress their career in business development and strategic sales.

As a Sales Prospect Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening Arco’s sales growth pipeline. Working closely with the Strategic Business Team and reporting to the New Business Director, you’ll ensure our new business activity is focused on high-quality, well-researched and prioritised prospects. You’ll be responsible for identifying, researching and validating new business opportunities, turning data and market intelligence into clear, actionable insights that enable our sales teams to focus on winning the right business.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, researching and profiling potential new business prospects using a range of data sources and market intelligence
  • Validating prospect and decision-maker information, including confidently picking up the phone to develop or clarify details where needed
  • Maintaining highly accurate, detailed and up-to-date records within CRM systems
  • Analysing and presenting data, trends and insights on lead quality and growth opportunities
  • Supporting continuous improvement of prospect qualification tools and processes
  • Working collaboratively with new business hunters and strategic stakeholders to enable stronger, more effective business development activity

This is a hybrid role, based at our Head Office in Hull.

Ideal candidate / Qualifications

  • Someone who is naturally curious, resilient and commercially minded, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, prospect research or a commercial environment
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse data
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders, including telephone outreach
  • The ability to clearly present information and insights in a structured way
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The resilience and self-motivation to work independently and meet deadlines
