We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop existing accounts and grow new accounts in the Peterborough & Cambridgeshire area. This role is field based/remote and offers a competitive starting salary, uncapped commission, a car/car allowance and the opportunity for fully funded level 4 accreditation with the Institute of Sales Professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise industry and sector insight to disrupt customer thinking and build consensus across a multi‑stakeholder buying group for Arco’s solutions.
- Identify the right customer stakeholders and build credibility quickly to drive success.
- Drive strategies to grow, retain and maximise revenue and profit of existing and new customers.
- Maintain and update information accurately within the CRM system and utilise customer intelligence for account planning to achieve full customer/contact coverage.

Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales as part of a defined strategy with an understanding of financial performance and the ability to maximise profit and minimise cost.
- Demonstrated key behaviours in line with our sales strategy, showing drive and determination.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to share views and ideas and listen to others.
- Knowledge of health and safety related services, products and markets.
- Knowledge of the Challenger Sale methodology (advantageous).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
