About The Role
As our Onsite Stock Coordinator, you will work from our retail store in Nottingham, and visit customer sites to ensure our Arco vending machines are fully stocked at all times. This will require someone who has a high attention to detail, is comfortable working autonomously, and can work to a schedule. The role is a part time position on a 24 hour contract working 3 days a week – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 08:00am to 17:00pm.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire relevant stock items for customer vending machines from Arco safety stores
- Stock Arco vending machines on customer sites as required
- Liaise directly with customers and account managers to ensure a high level of service
- Efficiently manage time to ensure customer sites are visited at agreed dates and times
- Provide web support for self-managed customers
- Liaise with the central team to ensure stocks are counted and data maintained, and update them on relevant customer information
- Maintain professional housekeeping standards of all inventory and locations within a customer site; work in the trade counter as required in times of absence/holidays of colleagues
- Comply with vehicle servicing requirements and maintain the appearance of the company vehicle
- Complete weekly control forms to be returned to the central team for logging

About You
The ideal Onsite Stock Coordinator will be/have:
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills to liaise with customers and management
- Excellent IT skills/knowledge with the ability to adapt to new systems
- The ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manage your own daily/weekly workload
- Supply chain knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
