About The Role As our Onsite Stock Coordinator, you will work from our retail store in Avonmouth, and visit customer sites to ensure our Arco vending machines are fully stocked at all times. This role requires someone with a high attention to detail, who is comfortable working autonomously and can work to a schedule. It is a full‑time position, 40 hours a week, working 08:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday. A driver’s licence is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Acquire relevant stock items for customer vending machines from Arco safety stores Stock our Arco vending machines on customer sites as required Liaise directly with customers and account managers to ensure a high level of service Efficiently manage time to ensure customer sites are visited at agreed dates and times Provide web support for self‑managed customers Liaise with the central team to ensure stocks are counted, accurate data maintained and update them on relevant customer information Maintain professional housekeeping standards of all inventory and locations within a customer site and work at the trade counter as required in times of absence/holidays of colleagues Comply with vehicle servicing requirements and maintain the appearance of the company vehicle Complete weekly control forms for logging Ideal Qualifications A full UK driving licence Strong communication and customer service skills to liaise with customers and management Excellent IT skills/knowledge with the ability to adapt to new systems The ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manage your own daily/weekly workload Supply chain knowledge would be an advantage but not essential Benefits A competitive salary plus bonus 32 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays Opportunity to purchase 5 additional days annual leave each calendar year (subject to qualifying salary) 2 fully paid Community Volunteering days every year An excellent pension (up to 8% Arco contribution) and x4 Life Assurance scheme A huge range of discounts to help with cost of living via Perkbox plus Employee Discount on Arco products Free, 24‑hour access to our Employee Assistance Programme Health Cash Plan where we\’ll reimburse up to 100% of everyday healthcare costs Access to our Learning Management System to support your personal and career development Long‑term service awards – we’re proud to have employees who have worked for us for 40 years About Us With a proud 140‑year legacy, you’ll be part of something special when you join the UK’s leading safety experts.
