As an Onsite Stock Coordinator, you will work from our new PPE Hub, supporting a key customer site to ensure Arco vending machines and stores are fully stocked at all times. This requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and the capability to follow a schedule. You will be required to drive a 3.5 ton luton van. The role is full-time and will include one night shift per week.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire relevant stock items for customer vending machines from Arco safety stores
- Stock Arco vending machines on customer sites as required
- Liaise directly with customers and account managers to ensure a high level of service
- Efficiently manage time to ensure customer sites are visited at agreed dates and times
- Provide web support for self-managed customers
- Liaise with the central team to ensure stocks are counted and data maintained, and update them on relevant customer information
- Maintain professional housekeeping standards of all inventory and locations within a customer site and work in the trade counter as required during absences/holidays
- Comply with vehicle servicing requirements and maintain the appearance of the company vehicle
- Complete weekly control forms to be returned to the central team for logging

- A full UK driving licence

- Excellent IT skills with the ability to adapt to new systems
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage your own daily/weekly workload
