This Customer Value and Growth Marketing Manager is a Fixed Term Contract covering Maternity Leave. We’re looking for an experienced Customer Value & Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. In this role, you’ll lead campaigns that communicate the full value of our services and solutions while supporting sales teams to drive new business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns that promote our services and solutions.
  • Develop value proposition messaging and marketing content to support sales and marketing teams.
  • Design and execute lead generation and account-based marketing campaigns to support pipeline growth.
  • Create marketing toolkits and campaign assets to support new markets and business development.
  • Plan and coordinate customer events that support new business opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and optimise future activity.
  • Manage campaign delivery, ensuring assets and channels are ready for launch.

The ideal Customer Value & Growth Marketing Manager will be/have:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and campaign delivery.
  • Experience supporting sales teams with lead generation and new business marketing.
  • Strong ability to develop compelling value propositions and customer messaging.
  • Data-driven with experience analysing campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
