The role involves delivering high levels of customer service, driving sales activity, improving customer loyalty and growing Arco’s profitability. It is a full‑time position Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis, amounting to 40 hours per week. As the role covers for our IMS Coordinator, a full UK driving licence is required to drive our commercial vehicle when necessary. No prior experience in health and safety or PPE required – we\’ll provide training. Key Responsibilities Providing high levels of customer service and building strong customer relationships. Supporting opening accounts, providing quotations and managing customer accounts. Driving sales through customer calling, leaflet distribution and other sales activity. Managing cash in line with company policies, including cashing up, processing refunds and supporting banking collections.
