Ready to take your digital marketing career to the next level? We are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast‑paced, forward‑thinking team! Based at our Head Office in Hull, the Digital Marketing Executive will support the planning, execution, and performance of Arco’s digital marketing initiatives. This is a hands‑on role reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, ideal for someone looking to grow within a fast‑paced and purpose‑led business. The role is a full‑time, permanent position with a hybrid working pattern, splitting your time between home and office working.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, and affiliates
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics using GA4 and other analytics tools to inform ongoing strategy
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align digital activities with business goals
- Working with data in Excel to create performance reports and uncover actionable insights
- Supporting budget tracking, campaign scheduling, and internal communications
- Staying informed on digital marketing trends and competitor activity to contribute fresh ideas to the team
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role
- Good understanding of paid search (PPC) and SEM principles
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Competent in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently
Preferred but not essential experience:
- Hands‑on experience managing and executing PPC campaigns
- Understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) best practices
- Experience with paid social advertising (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms or programmes
