About The Role
Are you looking to start your career in customer service and gain a recognised qualification at the same time? We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Support Advisor Apprentice. You’ll become a key point of contact for customers, supporting them with queries and learning how to deliver a high-quality service in a busy call centre environment. This role is designed to help you build confidence, develop communication skills, and gain valuable workplace experience while completing a Customer Service Apprenticeship. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or evenings. You will benefit from a flexible rolling shift pattern 8 AM to 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer calls and supporting with general enquiries
- Listening to customers and understanding their needs
- Providing clear and helpful information about products and services
- Supporting with customer issues and learning how to resolve complaints effectively
- Updating customer records and using internal systems
- Working with colleagues across different teams to find solutions
- Building confidence in delivering a professional and friendly customer experience
- Developing your skills through training and your apprenticeship programme
Ideal Candidate
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
