Branch Sales Advisor

Location: Reading, England, United Kingdom – part‑time 24 hrs/week (Mon‑Thu 9am‑3pm).

About the Role

Arco: Experts In Safety offers a part‑time Branch Sales Advisor role. You will ensure excellent customer service within our on‑site store and need to gain security clearance to work in this role. Training in health and safety industry and personal protective equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding levels of customer service.
• Interact with customers, in store or on the phone, to promote products and services.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable store environment.
• Process customer transactions and respond to enquiries using our bespoke IT software.

Qualifications

• Experience face‑to‑face with customers, preferably retail.
• Understanding of what makes a great customer experience.
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new software.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Ability to gain security clearance.
