ARCO Analytics is an AI-powered platform for credit and investment origination and analysis. Users upload a company’s financial statements, filings or a full data room, in any of more than 20 languages, and in under an hour receive a structured report across selected analytical blocks, tailored to suit their specific line of work. It is built for banks, private lenders, private equity, investment managers and advisers working on origination, credit review, M&A and due diligence. Our aim is simple: get financial professionals to the point in minutes, not days, so they can dedicate more time to educated decision-making and execution.
The role involves owning ARCO Analytics’ commercial growth from the ground up. This is an early-stage opportunity for someone who wants real upside: you would be the first dedicated sales hire, working directly with the founders.
You will:
- Build and run the pipeline, from first contact to signed client;
- Turn trials into paying subscriptions;
- Open doors at banks, lenders, funds and advisory firms, starting from your own network;
- Feed back what clients ask for, shaping the product and its pricing;
- Represent ARCO Analytics at client meetings and industry events.
What we offer:
- Commission-based remuneration on every account signed.
- Equity in the company, vesting over time and with milestones.
- A clear path to a salaried role once ARCO Analytics is funded or reaches agreed revenue targets.
- Flexibility: Independent and self-directed, working remotely and on site as required.
- Compensation starts from 100% variable + upside in equity.
This role suits someone who has confidence in the company's potential to grow to a sizeable equity value in time, genuinely believes they can make a difference commercially and invests on the upside.
What we’re looking for:
- A track record of selling to financial institutions: banks, private credit, private equity, asset managers or advisory firms.
- Experience selling B2B software, data or financial technology is a strong plus.
- An existing network of senior decision makers in credit, investment/asset management, restructuring and general financial advisory.
- Enough grasp of credit and investment analysis to demonstrate the product to professionals.
- Self-starter energy: comfortable working independently, building from zero and owning results.
