We currently have one 39-hour Night Support Worker position available at our Westhill service. Due to service requirements, only female applicants will be considered for this role. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship to work in the UK.

Our supported living services support adults with learning disabilities to live independently in their own home, with flexible, tailored support to meet their needs. Archway is recruiting a Night Support Worker to provide overnight care and support to individuals with learning disabilities in our service in Westhill. In this role, you’ll help create a safe and comfortable environment throughout the night - assisting with personal care, administering medication, and supporting tenants as required. You’ll also carry out key household tasks and ensure the wellbeing of the tenants is always prioritised.

If you’re compassionate, reliable, and can work independently during night shifts, we’d love to hear from you. A relevant SVQ 2 (or willingness to achieve this) is essential, as is a genuine commitment to high-quality care.
