We currently have a 39‑hour Support Worker position available at our Westburn Road service. Our permanent care services provide long‑term, person‑centred support to adults with learning disabilities, helping them live full and independent lives. Based in the North East of Scotland, Archway has been providing high‑quality support to children and adults with learning disabilities and their families for over 30 years.

We are looking for a compassionate and committed Support Worker to join our team at our permanent care service. You’ll provide person‑centred care and support in all aspects of daily life – including personal care, administering medication and engaging in activities whilst promoting dignity, choice, and independence.

We’re looking for people with a caring nature, good communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. You must have a care‑related SVQ 2 or equivalent, and other qualifications as determined by the SSSC, with demonstrable experience.

Please note: The salary displayed above is a Full‑Time Equivalent based on a 39 hour week.
