An opportunity has arisen for an organised and enthusiastic Reprographics Technician to join our rapidly growing and forward-thinking Trust based at Alvaston Moor Academy, Derbyshire.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Reprographics Technician to provide an efficient, high-quality reprographics service that supports teaching, learning and the wider operations of the academy. Working independently and as part of the administration team, you will manage the production of printed and digital materials, ensuring all work is delivered accurately, professionally and within agreed deadlines.
The role involves operating and maintaining reprographics equipment, coordinating printing requests, monitoring stock and resources, and ensuring cost-effective service delivery. You will also support the promotion of academy events through social media, maintain accurate financial records relating to printing services, and provide administrative support where required. With a strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality, you will play a vital role in ensuring staff have access to high-quality materials that enhance the educational experience for students.
