The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.
We are looking to appoint an excellent EYFS practitioner to teach in and lead our EYFS team. This is a permanent class teacher role, however due to maternity leave within the department, the EYFS Lead element is to cover a 12‑month period – an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role and gain experience in EYFS leadership.
Responsibilities
- Implement curriculum changes and develop EYFS provision to meet new expectations alongside the senior leadership team.
- Lead the EYFS team, bringing passion and creativity to the well‑established, enthusiastic, forward‑thinking team.
- Raise the standards of learning for all students, including those needing additional support and those needing high levels of challenge.
Qualifications
- EYFS practitioner with experience of leadership or prepared to take on a first leadership role.
- Excellent knowledge of effective teaching and learning in the Early Years.
