We are looking for a compassionate and committed Inclusion Mentor to join our Student Support Team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our students to help them thrive-both in their learning and in their wider school experience. Your support will make a real difference in helping students feel included, confident, and ready for the future.

As a valued member of our team, you’ll work with individual students and small groups to support their safety, wellbeing, and academic progress. Building positive relationships will be key, as will encouraging students’ self-esteem and helping them develop the skills they need for adulthood.

We welcome applications from people with experience supporting young people with a range of additional needs, including those who may display challenging behaviour. This experience could come from education, youth work, care, or other relevant settings. What matters most is a positive, inclusive approach and a belief in every student’s potential.

The successful candidate will understand how to support learning and achievement, and will be committed to creating opportunities for all students to succeed.

This role is based at Bluecoat Beechdale Academy, but you may occasionally be asked to support other schools within Archway Learning Trust.
