Role

The Role Dental Therapists lead the way at Archway Dental. You\’ll be at the heart of our therapist-led model, leading each patient journey with confidence and compassion.

We’re looking for full time and part time Dental Therapists to join our private practice in Callington, Cornwall. Supported by experienced dentists and a dedicated team, you\’ll have the autonomy to deliver truly exceptional care.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or BSc in Dental Therapy/Hygiene, with GDC registration
  • Proven experience delivering hygiene and therapy services within scope
  • Compassionate, calm, and approachable manner, especially with anxious patients
  • Strong teamwork skills and high clinical standards

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive oral health assessments
  • Preventive hygiene care
  • Restorative therapy within GDC scope
  • Radiographs to support diagnosis and treatment plans
  • Personalised oral hygiene education
  • Gentle support for anxious patients
  • Accurate patient records, teamwork with dentists, nurses, and reception
  • Meeting GDC CPD and scope-of-practice requirements
