We’re delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity to join Archus as a People Advisor, working closely with the Head of People across the UK, Ireland and Canada. You’ll be at the heart of the employee experience, supporting colleagues and managers through every stage of the employee lifecycle and helping us deliver fair, consistent and people‑first practices as we grow.

In this role, you’ll lead day‑to‑day operational HR activity, including employee relations support, recruitment and onboarding, people data and HRIS administration, and learning coordination. You’ll work closely with managers, offering guidance and coaching, while contributing to people initiatives that improve how we support our teams and build a positive, inclusive culture. This position offers meaningful exposure, ownership and the opportunity to make a real difference to how people experience working at Archus.

To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Bring:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent (or be working towards)
  • HR Advisor or generalist experience across the whole employee lifecycle, including ER, performance management and recruitment
  • Sound employment law knowledge and the ability to handle sensitive issues with care and discretion
  • Strong organisational skills, clear communication and the confidence to build trusted relationships
  • Comfort using HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • The right to work in the UK, with flexibility to travel and attend an office at least two days per week

This is a location‑flexible role within the UK, with bases in London, Bristol, Birmingham or Leeds, and hybrid/flexible working arrangements.
