We’re delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity to join Archus as a Consultant within our Strategic Advisory team, working with colleagues across the business to support clients in shaping the future of healthcare. This role is based in London where you’ll play an active role in delivering high quality consultancy advice across a varied portfolio of work, from estates strategies and business cases through to stakeholder engagement and wider strategic projects. This position offers meaningful exposure, ownership and the opportunity to grow your consultancy career within a purpose led business.

You’ll bring curiosity, pace and confidence, alongside the ability to work independently, communicate clearly and contribute positively to team success. To thrive in this role, you’ll be comfortable operating in a client-facing environment, adapting to changing priorities and bringing a proactive, solutions focused approach to your work.

You Will Also Have

  • Demonstrable post‑qualification work experience in a similar role
  • Clinical or operational experience in the NHS or Private Health Sector (desirable)
  • Experience in project delivery (desirable)
