Overview

Archus is a healthcare consultancy providing strategic advice directly to government, health care providers and hospital groups. Founded in 2017, we have worked on over 1000 projects to date, supporting healthcare clients in the delivery of multi-million-pound healthcare projects across the UK, Canada and other locations internationally.

The team is led by a senior leadership team with growth across five UK offices, one in Ireland and one in Toronto, Canada. We’re targeting international growth and expanding service offerings. We provide end-to-end healthcare project advice, from strategy to on-site delivery, including our Archus Insights data analytics team. We are a B-Corp accredited business, with Investors in People Silver Standard and a 2-star Best Companies accolade. The Role and Purpose

As a Consultant within the London team, you will provide flexible consultancy support across Project & Programme Management, Strategic Advisory, and Technical Advisory. You will work with colleagues to deliver high-quality consultancy advice on operational and strategic projects for clients. The role offers opportunities across a diverse portfolio, from estates strategies and business cases to programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.

  • Manage and support projects to ensure delivery to time, cost and quality.
  • Bring structured problem-solving and initiative to new challenges.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing expertise and supporting peers.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, becoming a trusted partner.
  • Play an active role in business development and knowledge sharing.

This is a client-facing role in a dynamic environment, requiring strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and the ability to work independently.
