We’re excited to be recruiting an Associate Director to join our growing Programme & Project Management (P&PM) profession in the Midlands. Based from our Birmingham office, this is a pivotal role leading the delivery of large‑scale capital healthcare projects and programmes that shape the future of healthcare infrastructure.

We’re looking for an accomplished project leader with deep experience across pre construction and construction, who can combine technical excellence with strong commercial acumen. In this role, you’ll take responsibility for planning and delivering major programmes, exceeding client expectations, and driving high‑quality outcomes across time, cost, and performance. You’ll also play a key role in developing new business, nurturing strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand our P&PM offering.

As a senior leader within the region, you’ll help shape the profession, act as a specialism lead, and support our continued growth trajectory.
