Responsibilities
- Working, based on the Directors strategy, hand-in-hand with Line Manager in managing the team.
- Responsible for achieving the business goals of the team, aligned with the Department Director.
- Functions as a Project Architect/Coordinator or as Team Leader for projects.
- Responsible for the management, servicing and delivery of projects.
- Provides guidance on design development and project administration.
- Engages client independently and always maintains client’s confidence.
- When required, monitors team members' performance and provides feedback for improvement or encouragement.
- Active involvement in Office Departments/Committees and events.
- Embraces and promotes Arch’lab Philosophy and Core Values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years experience (healthcare/lab building design preferred).
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture.
- Proficient in AutoCad and Revit (BIM).
- Able to work independently, self-motivated.
- To perform any other work-related duties required from time to time.
