PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and deliver on design of healthcare projects across SEA
- Coordinate and work alongside design and project management team
- Coordinate work effort of multiple teams on large projects
- Business Development and client relationship development
- Contribute to proposal / bids / meetings and negotiations
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in planning within healthcare sector (peer to current medical planner).
- Needs to work independently.
- Strong communication with clients, good with influencing and closing.
- Reports to the Director of Design and Planning.
- Experience in both re-modelling / upgrading works and designing from scratch.
- Project experience (in Healthcare Facilities): Can range from $5M - $150M (30,000sqm).
- Experience with architectural software.
- Priority for Singaporeans / SPR but open to foreigners on EP.
