We are looking for a talented Commercial Interior Designer to develop creative design solutions for commercial spaces. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, craft design concepts, and produce detailed layouts and 3D visualizations. The role involves overseeing the project from design to execution, managing space planning, material selection, and coordinating with contractors to ensure successful project delivery. A strong portfolio, design software proficiency, and project management skills are key to success.

Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation & Proposal – Understand client needs and present tailored design solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Design Development – Create concepts with space planning, materials, finishes, and 3D renderings to support client decisions.
  • Project Management – Oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and ensuring timelines.
  • Budget & Compliance – Recommend furnishings and materials within budget while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Quality Control & Documentation – Maintain quality standards, address on-site issues, and complete necessary project documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in commercial interior design with a solid portfolio.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
